Research

Adele completed her Masters degree in equality and diversity in 2006. During this she studied and demonstrated qualitative research techniques culminating in her dissertation which was base on both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Since becoming self employed Adele has undertaken several qualitative research projects including:

• Research on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Commission on Black and Minority ethnic recruitment and representation
• Qualitative research project for the South West Regional Assembly on equality impact assessments and  Local Development Frameworks
• Qualitative research for Bridgend County Borough Council
• Equality Audit for South Wales Fire and Rescue Service
